Think About Turning Today!
The next couple of months will be busy for Yellowstone Woodturners. We have
the Montana Fair and our annual symposium. This would be a good time to
recognize and appreciate what turning has done for “you.” When you think of your
own reason for woodturning, whether it be for relaxation, a hobby, or business,
give some thought to those who’ve helped you along the way. Remember the
demonstrators and mentors in our club. How about the classes and symposiums we
have sponsored and attended? Since we have all received from others along the
way, let’s remember to give back. Now is the time to step up and volunteer,
especially to help out at the Montana fair. And don’t use the excuse about your
skill level. Everyone has a skill to share. Thank you for sharing.
See you there. Dr. Van
